Full Registration Fee for delegates is 300 Euro (excluding bank charges).

The participation fee for accompanying persons is 150 Euro and it includes access to the two festive dinners (welcome cocktail and banquet).

Accompanying persons can also attend a guided visit of the Old City of Brasov on Thursday (2 November), 10-15h. The cost of this tour is 40 Euro (lunch included).

Important observations:
1. The conference fee will be paid by each participant. The conference fee can be paid by bank transfer (see details under the heading “Payment details”), or directly at the Registration Desk.
2. The conference fee does not include accommodation.
3. The conference fee includes access to the conference sessions, certificate of participation, the conference kit with the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches during the two conference days, welcome cocktail and banquet.
4. The conference fee does not include the post-conference excursion. The post-conference excursion is optional and will be paid separately on arrival at the Registration Desk. Detailed information on the foreseen itinerary will be provided later on.
