1 June - 15 September	Submission of camera-ready papers
15 June - 10 October	Peer review of the camera-ready papers Notification of authors concerning the review result
15 October	Submission of final title and extended abstracts for Book of Abstracts. Download Abstract Template
30 October	Submission of revised papers according to the reviewers’ recommendations
10 November	Notification of final publishing acceptance for the paper, based on two compulsory
	requirements:
	- the manuscript received acceptance decision after peer review
	- the paper was presented at the conference
