      10:00 - Departure from ARO Palace Hotel, Brasov
      11:00 - Guided visit to Prejmer Fortified Church (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
The largest fortified church in southeastern Europe, Prejmer (“Tartlau” in German) was built by Teutonic knights in 1212-1213.       12:30 - Visit to the organ restoration workshop in Harman
Since 2003, in Harman, Brasov County, a basic educational program for organ builders and restorers has been developed, in order to revive a traditional job in Transylvania. The aim is to make possible the restoration of the 1,500 organs in the country, but also the construction of new organs. The cost of an organ starts from 30,000 euros and can reach over 150,000 euros, depending on the size of the instrument and the materials used in the decorations. Apart from the fact that the work is painstaking, it also requires very good quality materials, just like the ones used 800 years ago
 
      13:30 - Guided visit to Feldioara fortress
Feldioara fortress is one of the largest fortresses built by the Teutonic Knights in Transylvania, which was also the capital of Land of Barsa until Brasov became the major settlement It's situated on a hill and is surrounded on three sides by Olt river, with a great view over the Barsa Lands.
 
      15:00 - Lunch at DORIPESCO fish farm
      17:00 - Arrival in Brasov - ARO Palace Hotel
     Cost: 40 euro (including transportation, entrance tickets, guided visits, lunch)
