  The accompany persons who would like to join us for evening events or the excursion will have to make a separate payment as applicable:

  - post conference excursion - to be announced soon
     
The post-conference programme is optional and will be paid separately on arrival at the Registration Desk.
     
For making a correct reservation, please let us know till the 15th of September if you will be accompanied and to which events.
     
Confirmation
  After receiving your Registration Fee, the Conference Secretariate will send you a Confirmation Receipt which you should present on arrival, at the Conference Registration Desk.
