CAPITALIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF WOOD AS A REGENERABLE, ECONOMICAL AND ECOLOGICAL SOURCE OF ENERGY

Abstract:
The paper presents a capitalization technology of wood and other lignocellulosic materials, in order to produce thermal energy both in centralized thermal systems and in private ones, highlighting the advantages of using these regenerable and non-pollutant materials as well as the ecomonic effects that can be obtained. The paper may also be appreciated as a signal regarding the reappraisal of the lignocellulosic biomass, as being a real source of energy which must be recovered as a component worthy to be mentioned. Within the framework of the paper a concrete and real situation from Romania, which may be worldwide extrapolated, is presented.
