Abstract:
Any technical documentation of a furniture product contains one or more part schedules. The necessary information for these schedules can be easily extracted from the component tables of general designs performed in AutoCAD.  This article presents a program in AutoLISP (including the source code) that extracts information from component tables and saves them in a text type file. The information from the text file can be used afterwards in order to prepare the technical documentation.
